It's about damn time! After years of waiting, the State has finally been released to DVD. At $36.86, Walmart has the best price I can find so far:

However, if the rumored 25% off sale kicks in on the 17th like it's supposed to (and assuming they don't jack the price up on this), you could snag The State for $29.17 shipped.

I haven't received any e-mails from Deep Discount yet, but if it's like it has been in the past, the code DVDTALK will probably work.

Pre-Ordered mine off Amazon a month ago when I saw it was coming out! I was a young teenager when it aired so I guess you can say i didn't "get" all of it, but it's just one of those shows I thought about all through college when watching Jackass and reality shows come about, wondering where all the good shows on MTV went. Then Reno 911 came out w/ a majority of the people from The State, and I was happy.

Chose Free Super Saver Shipping so now I have to wait, no day-one in my hands for this one...
 
FYI, the price on wal-mart's website most likely isn't going to be the price in stores. I'm just picking up my copy at Best Buy later today just so I'll have it right away.
