Around here, my favorite restaurant style ice cream is Village Creamery and I think it's a Chicago only chain (but correct me if I'm wrong). Maggie Moo's is like Oberweis in that way, it's a retail store thing.

Every now and then I feel the need to toss it in just to watch the opening. Truly, it is the best videogame opening ever. And play the game, it's fun, even if the controls can feel a bit wonky at times.

Apparently, in PotC, Will is the best swordsman, and Jack is the worst. For some reason, I didn't expect Will to be the best, though I can see Jack as the worst. He just has his cheap tricks he'll use to make up for it.

I'm Stunned!

This has been a fantastical week! Thank you very f-bombin' much every single one of you. I've never felt so celebrated slash humbled in the same instance. I share this with all of you. This article from BILLBOARD MAGAZINE says it all:

Not since the classic Steve Martin album "A Wild and Crazy Guy" reached No. 2 in 1979 has The Billboard 200 seen a comedy disc break the top 5. That all changes this week as Dane Cook's "Retaliation" bows at No. 4 to become the highest-charting comedy effort in 26 years. The position and first week sales of 86,000 copies are especially impressive feats for Cook, whose first set, "Harmful if Swallowed," never made it to the big chart and sold just 3,000 copies in its debut week in 2003; it has moved 300,000 to date.
