Well I am making the big switch from PC to Mac, and have to sell my computer to do so. But was wondering if you guys could give me what seems like a good price on this computer, I dont want to ask to much and not sell it quickly, or ask to low and rip myself off. Here is everything:

Antec Case Silver with 480w Power Supply
K8N NEO Nforce3 Platinum Edition Mother Board
AMD 64 +3000
1024mb DDR400 PC3200 (2x512mb)
80gb Western Digital 7200rpm
Geforce 6800 128mb EVGA
Lite-On Combo Drive DVD/CDRW
Floopy Drive
17inch Viewsonic VA721 LCD Screen
Antec Lansing 251 5.1 Speaker System
SideWinder Force Feedback 2

GAMES
Doom 3
Half Life 2
Rome Total War
IL2
Flight Simulator 2004
The Sims 2
Age of Mythology Collectors Edition
Age of Mythology Titans
Unreal Tournament 2004
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
Battle Field 1942/ Road To Rome
Star War Jedi Outcast

Comes with all the boxes and every disc, everything almost.

I was thinking somewhere around thr $1300 Price range for everything, but I wanted to get a second opinion first. I am not selling it on here first, going to try an sell it around where I live, then if that doesnt work then i will try on here.

Thanks in advance

The main reason I am switching is because for about the past month I have barely played any of my PC games, and as you can see I have all the greatest games out right now. I think I am losing interest in PC gaming. Games on the mac seem to be all the good ones that were on the PC, but I dont have to put up with Windows. Tiger also makes macs look a lot more appealing.

Let's break it down in parts.

Antec Case Silver with 480w Power Supply - No real resale value. $50 used.
K8N NEO Nforce3 Platinum Edition Mother Board - Year old technology. $75 used.
AMD 64 +3000 - (almost 2) Year old technology. $100 used.
1024mb DDR400 PC3200 (2x512mb) - Good stuff. $100-150 depending on brand and clocking potential.
80gb Western Digital 7200rpm - Storage is storage. $75 used.
Geforce 6800 128mb EVGA - New technology, low memory. $200-$230.
Lite-On Combo Drive DVD/CDRW - $40.
Floopy Drive - $15.
17inch Viewsonic VA721 LCD Screen - $300 if pristine. $200-250 depending on pixels.
Antec Lansing 251 5.1 Speaker System - $75.
SideWinder Force Feedback 2 - $75-100.

That brings us to just over $1000 for the lowest profitable price, and just over $1200 at the highest realistic price. It's even okay to throw an extra $50-100 for assembly of a custom computer, since the person buying it certainly cannot make one themselves or they would have for a much cheaper price.

Yeah, $1300 sounds about right... but on the high end. I would haggle my way down to $1000 but if push came to shove, $1300 is reasonable for that price.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

All those games are worth a bunch too though.

Welcome to the light side! :)
I'd say crappy games would be on the dark side...
You're right and they usually don't get ported over to Macs.
