I'm #9 on the EVO preorder list at my local Best Buy.

I really hope I get it on release.

I used to see crack fiends and african americans standing outside the plasma center in the morning. I should hit that up for some free money.

Amazon has a 1600 points card for $16.50 + $5 in credit for their MP3 store.

Our NPR affiliate announced the films for this year's summer fundraiser.

June 1 - Goldfinger
June 8 - The Red Shoes
June 15 - Mr. Hulot's Holiday
June 22 - Oscar Shorts
June 29 - The Godfather

July 6 - The Girl on the Train
July 10 - Mary Poppins (Special Saturday Morning Screening)
July 13 - Dr. Strangelove
July 20 - Katyn
July 27 - Metropolis (The Complete Version)

August 3 - Shane
August 10 - Duck Soup
August 17 - Pillow Talk
August 24 - Persona
August 31 - Ran

I'm thinking Godfather and Ran. I'd like to see Strangelove but it's $24 for two tickets and I'd rather buy the Blu-ray instead.

I'd take $40 for an hour of my time.

Edit: I'm watching Metropolis now in my sci-fi class. It's the one from the 80's with the rock soundtrack with Freddy Mercury and Pat Benatar and shit. It's rather enjoyable.

Chika Chika - who are the two people you suggested as friends? OTTers I'm assuming.

I'd like to see that in a theater.
I'd take $40 for an hour of my time.
I've heard it can take a few hours of waiting, depending on the time you go.

A friend told me they only give you 25 the first time, but 35 every time you go after that. Twice a week, and you can't do it two days in a row. Probably different depending on where you live. *shrug*

The people donating there look super dirty, though. Bums sitting outside and stinking shit up. :\
I've heard it can take a few hours of waiting, depending on the time you go.
Yeah, I'd imagine. You need to make an appointment the first time so I'm going to check it out next week and see if it's really creepy or will end up taking too long. If it's reasonable it would be a nice way to make some money over the summer since I don't want to get a job.
Rocko - have you ever eaten at Pincher's Crab Shack? I'm thinking I'm gonna check it out when I'm there.
Nope. It's safe to say I've never been to any local restaurant on Fort Myers Beach. When are you going to be here, again?
I'd like to see that in a theater.
Yeah, I really wanted to see it but they don't have the technical equipment to play the HD source of the new restoration in that theater so they're going to project a DVD instead. I'll just wait until the Blu-ray this fall if that's the case.

I think that's pretty standard no matter where you are. Both getting less $ the first time and also what with the bums and the stinking.

bock bock.

Dammit I did it again, oh well, fuck correcting it.

The retainers they made me use are clear and molded to fit onto your teeth.

edit-@#$@%#$^$#^ God dammit i can't stop itching. Wtf is going on...:bomb:
I don't know what to, haven't been near anything or used anything i don't usually.
Is the retainer new? Could be an allergy to that, and that would suck for you.

Yes it would, but no it's not.

Try rinsing your mouth in warm saltwater frosty, that always helped me.
craven, is it true that you knowingly bring your child into the cinema?
It is true. That's the benefit of my part time gig, free tickets. So if he misbehaves, I'm not losing money if I leave. So far he's 2/2, I'm sure he'll sit through Shrek, if I take him to it.

I've got 2 offspring in this world now. My little girl is 9 months old and my little clone, is 2. No kids for a few years. Next "big" thing, outside of my wife finally landing an awesome job (she just did, signs papers tomorrow), is a new vehicle that seats more than 5 comfortably, with 2 car seats in it. Ahh, parenthood. I can only imagine what it will be like when I A) get my degree (hopefully by the time I hit 30.......), get a full time job again, or C) become a house husband. I think C would result in me shooting myself or making a corny business called Day Daycare............

Detergent, Deoderant, or anything obvious you may have overlooked? Could be something very simple like that. Or something you ate that contained something you were unknowingly allergic to.

Nope, nothing new. It seems to have stopped finally, i just kept my mind off of it for long enough, now it doesn't itch anymore. That was really weird.

If you do start a Day Care business you have to set up a webcam feed of the kids beating you mercilessly.

Strike and Vacant will be nice, but Kotaku's description of Trailer Park (A tight, constrained map) and Fuel (A sniper's paradise) sound like maps I won't enjoy. :/

I can't decide if I want to pre-order Alan Wake or Red Dead. On one hand I think I'm more interested in Alan Wake but on the other Red Dead has a $20 credit and I think it'll have more gameplay time. :whistle2:k
