To be more specific, there is some mild scratching on the back of the case. There are two dings in the case as well. One on the back in the upper left corner and one on the front in the middle of the left side. The slipcover shows signs of shelf wear. The manuals and many inserts are included, as shown in one of the pictures. The game disc has surface scratches and is playable. The bonus dvd does not have scratches.

Hopefully that satisfies the "C" condition curiosity. Feel free to PM for additional details/pictures, but please know that I likely won't be online until 6pm MST tomorrow; the first post of the lowball will be ending between 9pm and 10pm MST tomorrow.
