The US lacks enough tropos for McChrystal's plan(s).

So without a rise in military recruiting, it looks like we basically do not have enough troops to continue the fight in Afghanistan. Even if we went with the medium risk plan McChrystal has, we still couldn't send as many troops as are needed. We could do the high risk option, but that includes a high risk of failure.

I would have no problem with relocating most of the already foreign deployed troops around the world to Afghanistan. Would be a lot less money than deploying more overseas.
