We can confirm today that The Walking Dead: Season Two – A Telltale Games Series continues Clementine’s story. Not only will you see Clem again, you’ll actually be playing as her, struggling to outwit both the dead and the living in situations that will test your morals and shape the flow of the story through your decisions and actions.

The Walking Dead: Season Two – A Telltale Games Series will consist of five episodes that will release for digital download over the course of the season, expected to premiere this year and conclude in 2014. You’ll be able to purchase episodes individually as they release for PS3 and PS Vita via PSN, or get the season pass for the best value.

Even more news on The Walking Dead front! This November, we’ll be releasing a special Game of the Year edition of Season One for PS3.

The Walking Dead: A Telltale Games Series – Game of the Year Edition will include all five episodes of the award-winning series, the DLC episode ’400 Days’, and access to the series’ original score and exclusive behind the scenes video. You can preorder it right now at retailers in North America for $29.99.

Really looking forward to this.  I don't generally like point and click type adventure games, but loved Season 1 and the DLC as the story and characters were great.

Season 1 was a mess when it came to glitches and frame rate. It didn't really bother me all that much though, I was able to overlook the mess. I still need to play the 400 days dlc soon.

I can't wait for season 2 though. Clearly better than the TV show, and I don't care if anyone disagrees with me on that.

The TV show is a snoozefest with a bunch of forgettable characters. The game definitely blows it away.

Got an email about pre-ordering the PC version that has a few more tidbits on the story and other stuff:

"Keep that hair short..."

This could’ve been one of the last things you chose to say as Lee Everett at the end of Season One, in a finale that left people heartbroken and wondering what would happen to 9 year old Clementine. How would she survive, and who were those shadowy figures up on the hill? The answers are coming; Season Two is almost here!

  • Set months after Lee’s death, Season Two continues the story of Clementine as she struggles to survive in a world gone to hell
  • In Season Two, YOU are Clementine. Without the strength or experience of an adult, and without Lee to protect you
  • Your choices and actions will determine your survival, and change the story around you
  • Decisions you made in Season One and in 400 Days will affect your story in Season Two
  • A five-episode season beginning this year and concluding in 2014
Take a look at the official website for screenshots, and stay tuned for more details coming very soon.

I'm pumped for this. I played through the whole first season on 360 and PS3 and would have done so on Vita if I had one of those. It was excellent.

i just hope they will release a Game of the Year Edition of season two on disc.... i consider that more valuable than anything rented digital crap.

Damn, episode 1 was great.
It was! It definiltey lived up to Season 1.
The dog part was crazy, I was not expecting that and I felt really bad when I killed it. I thought we were gonna be buddies :whistle2:(. Also, Omids death brought the sads and that stitching scene was brutal.

My choices were: Saved Christa, killed the Dog, and saved Pete. I should've went with Nick since he had ammo and wasn't bit, but I chose Pete since he stood up for me when we first met
Now the wait for ep. 2 begins.

If anybody wants to get in on the Season Pass on the cheap, it's $15 on PSN until the PS Store update on 1/7.

I just finished the first episode and it was quite good, though I'm disappointed at the bugs. [customspoiler='Spoiler']Seeing Omid killed within the first five minutes was not surprising, but still part of the sadness factory that was this episode. Getting separated from Christa, the dog attack, and walker attack at the end showed that they don't hesitate to push buttons, even in the first episode. I wish I told off that uppity pregnant woman when I had the chance.[/customspoiler]

Lots of cut-scene sputtering for me, but other than that it seemed to run ok, or at least as good as Season 1 did.

I enjoyed the episode as much as any given one in Season 1, and I hope Telltale can keep up a monthly release schedule.  I jumped in on the season pass for $15, I figured I'd go for it since I've been waiting for this since I finished season 1 and I decided to hold off on the Wolf Among us for its first price drop.

So who what are the guesses for the next episode, specifically the person Clem says she thought was dead in the coming next time clip?  I am thinking/hoping its Kenny, but my guess is if its him he's become a much bigger asshole w/o Lee around.  Other than Kenny, or the obvious Christa, I'm not sure who else it could be.

Yeah, I had lots of cut scene sputtering, and a couple times in game where the image got messed up and doubled.  Had the same issues with Season 1, was hoping they'd fix it for season 2.

Anyway, solid first espisode.  I didn't like it as much as Season 1 or 400 Days, but still very good.  Just wish they'd fix the glitches.

Played through Episode 2 last night.  It was pretty good, better than Ep 1 I think.  I'm still not digging this season as much as the first though.

Didn't run into as many glitches as in Episode 1 though.  No screen doubling etc., just some stuttering in cut scenes.

Just finished episode 3. One of the best yet. Glad they didn't drag out the
Carver
plot line.

Even though I enjoyed it I wasn't a huge fan of Episode 3. IMO it's the weakest episode in the entire series. Not much happens and it's highly predictable with little to shock.

Carver is a boring wannabe Governor. Very 1-dimensional and not much to his character.
Still I had Clem stay and watch him get what he deserved. That was satisfying. They better not kill off my boy Kenny but I have a feeling his number might be up soon
