Caribou(formerly "Manitoba") - "Bees"

just read that Manitoba got sued by a singer in a punk band who had the same last name and that's why he had to change his name. weird.

Wu Tang Clan - Method Man

"Torture motherfuckah, What what!"

"I'll fuckin' sew yo asshole closed and keep feedin' you and feedin' you and feedin' you and feedin' you..."

I'll take a coat hanger and put it on the stove for like ten minutes right, and then stick it in you slow like ssssss

And with that, Common Sense-Be ( The album )

I'll put yo balls on a table- yeah just yo balls- and smack em with a spiked bat!

I believe they were going to put them on a dresser drawer, and then slam them shut like WHAM. ;)

Common Sense- Faithful

shit, we're both wrong. been so long since i've heard that song
from some lyrics site:
[Yeah, I'll fuckin
Yeah I'll fuckin lay your nuts on a fuckin dresser
Just your nuts layin on a fuckin dresser
And bang them shits with a spiked fuckin bat]

BLAOWWW!
Good to know there's other Wu Tang aficionados besides me.
It's sad, though, that their only truly solid album was Enter the 36 Chambers. Everything else = "meh."

[Bright Eyes - "If Winter Ends"]

:whistle2:( While 36 Chambers is easily their best, I think that much of their other work is also stellar. Iron Flag is filled with great tracks (and one shitty one), The W's very solid overall, with a couple of pure classics, and although I have, quite unfortunately, not heard Wu Tang Forever yet, it does contain Triumph, which I think is probably their best song. Ah well, to each his own.

And on topic:
Wu-Tang Clan - Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing Ta F' Wit
Wu-Tang Clan - Method Man
Wu-Tang Clan - Protect Ya Neck
Wu-Tang Clan - Iron Flag
Ahem.

I also enjoy the Wu, but they seem to better on their solo albums that on the Wu-Tang Albums except 36 Chambers.

Raekwon and Nas- Verbal Intercourse
Raekwon- Ice Cream
Method Man- Release Yo delf (prodigy remix)
Method man- Judgement Day (Roni Size Remix)
Ghostface - Daytona 500
I believe there's a Nas song called "Warrior Song" with Alicia Keyes from God's Son, that's worth checkin out, if you're just getting into listening to Nas.

Plus that sweet Kanye remix of K-I-S-S-I-N-G
Warrior Song is cool, but i really like old Nasty Nas. Plus i got every Nas Cd except the Lost Tapes.

Now:

Nas-the world is yours
Bill Withers- Lovely

I'm gonna agree with you on this. I've heard the other Wu albums but they couldn't capture the essence of 'it' in my opinion like they did in 36 chambers. 'It' being that unknown X factor that just made you click with a particular album/song.

Right now I have random Foo Fighters, White Stripes, and HIM songs on my playlist. I don't know what's coming up next...

Foo Fighters - Times Like These

is the first one up.

Hmm, I've decided to pillage the "H" section of my records (well, one crate anyway).

Hiatus - S/T
Homomilitia - Something in Polish
His Hero is Gone
Hellkrusher
In/Humanity

4/5 ain't bad.
The Decemberists - The Engine Driver
I'm fairly certain that's my favorite song of all time.

[Current song: Deltron 3030 - "3030"]

The Band - The Weight (with The Staples)

I think I like it better than the solo version. Those chicks and that old black dude can really howl.

You guys should make iMix's, you can make it then post the title here so we can search for it!
I just made one called 'Awesome Attack' go check it out. OR ELSE!

Ah, good show. The important thing is we have the lyrics clear now. #-o

Oddly enough, Common Sense- Be just ended and Wu-Tang Clan- Triumph just started.

"I bomb atomically, socrates philosophies and hypothesis..."
