Would I be better off getting the US Enhanced Edition or the UK Enhanced Edition: Director's Cut (Platinum Edition)? Seems like they are both around the same price. What's the difference between the two?

There's no difference between them other than you have to download a free patch to restore the nipples that are censored in the US versions. Go for the US version.
