Brak, you need to watch the extras on TF2, the way they all describe why and how they made the maps and guys the way they did. It's really cool the way they talk because you can tell they really cared and worked their asses off every day on making it the way they did.

Heavy cream, get it boiling, not to hard, it'll burn , so just enough to reduce it by half, stir in the cheese, you want to put in as much blue as the volume of milk. If you really want you can mince up some garlic and put it in when you're boiling the milk. Maybe even a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flake. Just a bit to "lift" it all and add another layer.
Pull that shit out at the next Amish cook out and you'll get your buggy keys a few days sooner. Promise.
