my only concern is waiting to see if there is 60hz selector. If there is then importing is just as easy as the japanese version.

That game sounds awesome. Is there anyway to play it without a modded PS2? Will the PAL version do that?

UK/England version. They have a different broadcast standard there than the US & Japan.

USA/Japan/China = NTSC
UK/England = PAL
France/Middle East - SECAM
