I hope to GOD it's has a gamerush so I can take part in these awesome trade in deals for used games. Do they have restrictions on those? Like can you trade in old sports games?
 
They are just trying to confuse you. Now you will return movies and games to the wrong store, and they will charge you late fees!
 
whats funny is we got hollywood video here with gamecrazy but the first one they put in the city dont have one lol werid (the other 4 they put up all have a game crazy next to it )

Only restriction is it has to be PS1, PS2, GCube, or XBOX. I traded in a few old PS1 sports games. They were only worth 50 cents each but it works great on deals like the trade 2 in and get a used game for 9.99, or trade 2 in and pre-order a game for 29.99.

Wait, the title of this thread makes it sound like you currently only have ONE Blockbuster in your town.

If that's the case - wow. I didn't realize there were towns that small anymore. Move to a real city.
 
I really despise block buster and now that I have Comcast Digital Cable with on Demand , I have no reason to go to rent a movie (I do not rent games). I would say as more people get Cable TV with on Demand Programming the need for Video Stores will go down.
 
I have on demand and theres only so many times that i can watch movies the came out 1+ years ago. If they ever start getting movies on damand the day they come out in stores, maybe it will affect video stores.

Interesting, but that would make it awfully easy for people to record a bootleg copy on DVD or VHS.
