I miss having the OTT active at night.

This means I've actually got to sleep. And to work on the stupid team Powerpoint that's in such bad shape I'm afraid to touch it.

Still, I think I know how you feel. One of my friends spilled Ramen on her laptop so it's out of commission...and despite the fact that I can walk to her room in about a minute and that I've got her cell phone number, I freak out when I don't see her on AIM anymore.

She's back? Never mind...

I live with my GF, so it was more a matter of me thinking "Car accident? Robbery? Random Orgy?" since I see every moment that she's not at work.

Her boss was just being a douche, is all.

On a game related note... Played some Midway Arcade Treasures 3 (race games)...and half the games suck without thier arcade presentation (sub woofer, crappy steering wheel, number pad). Oh well, back to GR it goes... I wanted to pick up Tokyo extreme racer 3 anyways...

Where at?

I was thinking of biting for one of the South Park seasons at Target, but if that misprice hasn't been fixed yet, I think I might switch purchases. :)

Here's the gist.

Batman Beyond this week is $17.99 for reward zone members.
Justice League Season 1 is $27.99 for reward zone members.

But they messed up the inserts for the shelf tags.
so the JLA tag also reads, "$17.99 for reward zone members."

So if you can find the shelf tag out there, show them the discrepancy and see if they'll honor the $18 shelf price. I lucked out and had a cashier who had done it earlier in the week, so she adjusted with no hassels.

Edit: Since they're all fan-subbed, I wonder if there's any chance I could pick up a little japanese while watching... :D

Picked up a few great soundtracks: Life Aquatic Soundtrack, Sue Jorge - Life Aquatic Studio Sessions, and one of the best scores since LotR for me V for Vendetta.

FuCk yeah I got my speakers today, I'm going to install them tomorrow if it doesn't rain and if I don't go to the flea market with my friend.
 
Oblivion so far is turning out much better than morrowind. Odly enough, Morrowind made my 7800 gtx chug. I'm playing very smoothly at very high settings in Oblivion.

One thing thouygh, they needed some presets for the facial character. All these guys look so cool. While my character loooks like this...

Villanova better not win, those were some crap calls at the end of the 2nd half and should've given the game to BC.

There were crap calls going both way. The refs are sorta letting them play, which is good in a way.

Calling traveling on a guy being pulled to the ground and no fouls called for the guy getting pushed around when he took shots is fair? It's obvious calls that I don't like seeing fucked up, otherwise it was a good game.
 
Gotta watch the South Park tonight. Missed it Wednesday and last night, so I'm making sure to see it tonight. On in about 10 minutes here.

Before she was done she proclaimed that she wanted a PS2 and the game.

I'm pulling 95 percents and above on normal difficulties, maybe mid 70s when I get up to hard songs. Really fun, takes a short while to get used to but I'm really enjoying it.

I won't even venture into expert for a while.

Haha, that's great. I guess that's what Nintendo wants to see with the Revolution. People who don't play getting interested.

I played for the first time yesterday, and I've got 90 and above on all easy and normals. I'm about to go a try some hard out before I polish off my medium stars.

Great game. Never thought I'd like it as much as I do.

The more and more Nintendo presses forward, the more and more people begin to buy into the idea that, hey, games can be fun for everyone.

Coincidentally, I just beat Shadow Hearts 2 just under an hour ago. Probably one of the best RPGs I've played in years.

That it is. Probably one of my favorite ones I've ever played. FtNW is pretty good too. I'm still not completely sure how to rank the two, cause I love FtNW's characters more than Covenant's, but there's still...something...I don't know. But Killer and Lady are probably the best villains in the series so far, though Albert Simon from 1 is pretty cool too.

Are the Shadow Hearts games tied together in anyway, or are they stand alone games, something along the lines of Final Fantasy?
 
One and two are very closely tied, though you can technically play 2 alone because they recap. But I wouldnt do it.

3 better characters than 2? Better than the Man Festival? I think not.
