For those asking, I thought I read that those were rejects from American Idol Europe. They just had them sing at halftime. That certainly was worth seeing. Even the second time. That kid in the white shirt outdoes Napoleon Dynamite.
 
My two cents...I would say at least 3 (blonde chick, Spinny McSpin, and the dude w/ the short black hair) of them are definitely mentally challenged. The other people might be their mentors or sponsors or something (or not), but they're all quite interesting charachters. Jury's still out on the fat guy in the middle. Nevertheless, great stuff!

Those live newscast bloopers are the greatest. The best part is watching the anchors trying to figure out what to say to lead them into the next segment.

Another of my favorites is the home shopping network guy trying to sell a "real" katana. He's beating it against a table to show how sturdy it is, when the blade snaps off, ricochets up and stabs him in the chest. He falls out of the picture clutching his chest and making gurgling noises. Another guy quickly jumps in and tries to finish the pitch while cracking jokes about getting paramedics in the studio. It's fantastic. Wish I remember where I first saw it.
