I think you can also get her by playing a shitload of races. I forget the exact requirement.

I kinda want a dancing Meta Knight from that compilation one, but I don't want to ditch Rocko.

Hmmm... I hate making quick decisions. My grandma just offered to pay for me to come with her and go up to Chicago to visit relatives.I would kinda like to go see my Aunt, Uncle and Cousin. However it would be a 10+ day trip and I would have to leave in like 2 or 3 weeks...

No, I haven't Zew. I want to though. I just wanted one of those and I recognized that character and it looked cool.
