Hey guys,

Just wondering if those who I have traded with could leave some heatware for me at www.heatware.com

If you don't know what this is, it's a site that keeps track of feedback for you (pretty much).

Anyway, my name there is uppie1414. If you could leave some positive feedback for me for our trade, it would be appreciated.
 
You should contact heatware support to have them add CAG to the BBS list... or maybe CheapyD since he runs the place. It would be much better to have the heatware system than having a single person keep tallies in a thread.
 
If any trade went the way it should (both sides receive their items in the condition stated and in a timely manner), then credit should be given where credit is due. I don't trade on CAG but I do FS/FT at AT. I just hate it when people don't leave heatware.

I still like a system like heatware better than what is currently being used. I think heatware would be good for the CAG trading forum.

Under the heatware system, you can email other heatware users with a simple click to ask about their experience with the user in question. Pretty convenient.
 
name 3 things that are bad about our current system of trade feedback.

its your responsibility to get feedback. pm them, aim them, e-mail them.
 
I'm not knocking the feedback system here. I have just found that it doesn't hold up when I do trades outside of the site...it's great for inside, but people at other forums don't seem to regard it as highly as my heatware, that's all.
 
it dosent have to hold up outside of this site. to trade on another site, you need to build a rep there as you have here.
 
uh I'd leave feedback, but I'm not sure if it was you, or Dazz who sold me golden sun and I'm too lazy to look through the feedback topic to see who I left it for.
 
oh and the only major problem with the feedback system is this:

Manimal and Dane have both recieved a negative feedback and what happens? they recieve a star by their name, which means didly squat since they're in the top 10.

So in other words it allows high level traders to rip one or 2 people off and get away with it as long as they have good # of feedback.
 
Hey, I never ripped anyone off--He said he was mad about the condition, I PMed him back a couple of times (I don't want a star by my name), and there has been no reply.

I'd be more than happy to make up for it, I just can't get ahold of him (are you listening?? ;-))

Never4ever it was me (goldensun for 10). Leave feedback for the time of the trade, and if you need some, just request feedback. Thanks a bunch.
