The TAR-21 is already full auto. I made a modded contoller a while back and it slows down the fire rate of all auto weapons on COD4. I don't know if that changed in MW2 though...

Don't worry guys, I won't play online. :p Gonna use it for offline multi-player when my cousin brings his 360 over. We didn't have a second controller until now. XD
