First off, it took me forever to figure out how to improve my skill points without playing a tournament.
I finally figured out the "Tournament challenges" is the replacement for the "tiger Challenge", and is also where to increase skills.
Then, I finally get into it a little bit, and boy did it take a while to get through the first course in tournament challenge.
I can see the why they would want to increase difficulty, but geez.
I did have to make some adjustments in the options as well.
I went in to turn off the precision putting. I went in and changed the camera's as well. I hate when the camera follows the ball from the side.
Also the game seems almost impossible if you don't first "tune" your clubs. Turn up the power as much as you can. Otherwise, you won't even be able to get onto the par 4 greens in 2 strokes.
Admittedly, now that I'm on the 4th tournament challenge course, I'm glad it's more challenging. It does get frustrating, but at least it forces me to hone my skills, instead of just letting me blow away every challenge like Tiger 09.
Does anybody know, is there a way to turn off the Precision putting when playing the Live current pro course (like this week the US open)?
