Time Crisis 4

I'm thinking about getting Time Crisis 4 (PS3) - preferably new. There's only place in my area (SLC,UT) that has it and it's for $60. Is there any other place that has this cheaper? I've read some people being able to get this in the $20-$30 range. Ebay is out of the question - way overpriced.
