TMNT: The Best TMNT Movie Yet! ($25.4M Opening Weekend!!!)
I liked it, although the story could have been better.
Well you're only saying that cause it was over your head so that's hardly a fair criticism...

Loved it. The villain side of the storyline was cliched but worked, the emotion they conveyed between the turtles was excellent (I was shocked that there was actualy characters development), but the combat could have been a little better. I was also glad to see that they hinted at a sequel in there.

I give this movie 8.5/10.

I'm sure that's exactly it.

Saw it on Friday after a little birthday celebration at the bar next door. Being a bit hammered increased the entertainment value a bit, but I don't think I'd get to excited over it otherwise.

First half was really dull. Once they get around to the rooftop fight it picks up a bit.

Wow, seems like many enjoyed it. I am the only one though who would rather have the original costumes back? TMNT 1 and 2 were great and I am just a bit dissapointed that its CGI now. Oh well, I'll go see it eventually, doubt it tops the orginials though.

"I think I got him in my mouth" (or something close to that...kinda tired still) made the movie for me.

The rooftop Raph/Leo battle was indeed amazing, the rest seemed WAY to fast... it was like the put the story in fast forward.

Loved the little Red Monster, reminded me of Stitch :)

Out-fucking-standing! THIS is how a series/story from your childhood should be resurrected.

Do yourself a favor and swallow that judgment you just cast. I'm a huge fan of the originals and was equally skeptical of this version's potential. Go out and see this movie, NOW! THEN pass judgment.

BTW, did anyone else shout out "HELL YEAH!" when
April gave Casey the chrome mask
?

The rooftop fight was fantastic, especially when Leo didn't know who the Nightwatcher was.

I saw the figure of the Nightwatcher with a motorcycle at Wal-Mart earlier. I almost bought it. It'd go great with all the figures from my childhood. I need to find those.

I hate that type of music. If you can even call it music. The instruments are great, but then you've got a guy screaming at the top of his lungs in a hoarse voice. People have odd tastes in music.

I grew up with turtles, and thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was just a fun movie, not meant to be serious, had your typical turtle moments. I recommend it for anyone a fan of the series.

Haha you thought the instrumentals were great?
