Man today was fucking amazing! Heres my haul from today:

Met up with Shrike and scored PS2 Hard Drive!!! $40 in the hole *thanks again buddy*

Sold off my Tails Statue for $100 cash and Super Mario World 2 (SNES), Super Metroid (Snes), Crazy Taxi (dreamcast), Paper Mario (N64), Mariokart 64 (N64), and Grandia 2 (complete dreamcast)... $60 profit!

Come home and on the doorstep is my dreamcast system & PSO from ebgames.com... Free ($20 gift voucher)

and to top it all off ladies and gentlemen, ODDworld Stranger from scorch in the mail. The icing on the cake, gift wrapped in GTA SA wrapping paper! *thanks scorch*

I had one of those days too... where everything seems to go well...

and Super Mario World 2... loved that game... in fact, just beat it yeaterday after getting it from my local flea market a couple weeks ago... I think it was underrated for a Mario game... first mario game I had beaten since SMB2...

At first I think I read your post wrong. Are you saying you traded some Tails statue for $100 and all of those games? What the heck is this statue? Any pics on the web of one?

The funniest thing is i was trying so hard to give this thing away, and i couldnt find anyone locally here on the boards. Then i check out some other boards and i start getting offers on it like crazy. The ironic thing is i was gonna toss it in the trash if i couldn't get rid of it.

No, wubb, you didn't read it wrong. OTM tried to set me up with it, though I couldn't take it off his hands because 1) I have way too much crap, 2) It would be a bear to get up and down 2 flights of stairs (I've seen it in person, it's a 2-person job), and 3) I have way too much crap.

I'm glad he could get something out of it, especially since it was free. CAG-ness all the way, baby. \:D/

Nah, I did read it wrong at first! I thought he was saying he traded in the statue for $100, then picked up all of those games leaving him with $60 left over as profit or urhr... something. I did think getting all of those games for $40 seemed pretty nice. Heck if I know what I thought, must have had too much wine with dinner :twisted:
