I sent in the console about 2 weeks ago and received an email yesterday stating that repairs were done and it will be shipped out soon. It also tells me to click on the repair status button for tracking information. However, when I goto the website, the button has changed back to request a repair. Anyone else experience this?
 
Gosh I wish I remembered how I got my tracking number, but I do remember the same exact thing happened to me. It happened to me both times when I sent in my 360; just to let you know it's normal. Maybe email? #-o
