  2. To redeem your code: http://www.rainbow6.com/beta
  3. Select your gaming platform
  4. Sign in using an existing UPLAY account or create a new one if you haven't.
  5. Enter your access code from the captcha at Step #1
  6. Once email confirmation is received, Ubisoft will send another email with access instructions when the closed beta starts on 9/24/15.

this is a fraud website it gave me an access code but then when I entered it on the beta page it said code "UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR CODE IS INVALID."

 
I had won a code from the Mission Impossible ad on XBOX One but never got the email.   Just did what the OP suggested, worked fine.  Thanks.
