We all love to watch movies, but once in a while you come across one that just blows you away. And then it leaves a lasting impression that stays with you for a long, long time, maybe even the rest of your life. There's something about the story, direction, script or production that just brings it all together for you. Sometimes the critics agree with you, sometimes they don't. It doesn't matter, cuz you know it's genius.

Here are my top ten favorite movies of all time:

It'd be interesting to see how peoples' lists have changed over time. I'll take a look at what I originally posted and post a new list in here if needed.

It's alyways fun to see people flaunt their horrible tastes in entertainment, too. ;)

To modium & Zman310:

you guys seemingly see billions of movies. How do you distill it down to 10? I've seen a lot of movies and it's still probably a fraction of you guys so I don't know how you guys are able to do it.

It's just a matter of knowing what you like and what makes an impact on you. I have a kind of a master list of 30+ movies that I'm always revising that I linked to in my last post. From there, I just picked the ten that I like most at this very moment. Zman will tell you, lists help, and for a nerd like me, making endless lists is easy enough.

No way I can say which movie is the greatest but here are ten...I have at least 500 movies so it was pretty hard to choose.
