Well, everyone here can make fun of me all they want for this, but if one of my worst fears becomes a reality, I'm seriously going to cry really badly. What held me off from the forum was computer trouble.
Well, I brought my PC home over the break because I

ing hate using my very old PC (which I got back in 2000) to do my internet browsing and hopefully do some project stuff. I'll admit I had some weird problems early in the morning, but after I restarted I had no issues (this was at my apartment). All right, as soon as I had my PC up for a bit, I got attacked by some trojans and other crap (usually my PC has been clean from them) which I'm thinking might have come from another PC on my network. So I tried to remove them and do various scans (offline), but now my PC seems to officially be

ed up (even offline) and can't do a

ing thing barely. Stuff keeps coming back and there are programs installing on my PC messing it up more. I tried very hard to back-up my recent C Programs (for my project), electronic circuit designs, PS1/PS2 game saves, etc., and thankfully I did. But what kills me is that far from all my photos are backed up (last time I backed up was over the summer). I have 300+ bookmarks on my Firefox and a decent percentage of them are important (many of them I need to url when putting together my final report next semester) and so on. And if I

ing lose all those bookmarks and other stuff, I'm really

ed. So now I'm trying to find out what to do, to avoid losing crap.
This is the

ing worse time for this to happen because I'm

ing broke, I

ing need my stuff for at least another 6 months so I can finish college, and so on. I could have cared less if anything happened in mid May 2008. I have the

ing worst luck in the world. Right now, I don't feel like arguing with anyone at the moment, because this is possibly the worst thing to happen to me in quite a while. I'll admit I have computer trouble in the past, but I didn't have all that many important stuff on my PC.
Btw, using my very, very old computer now.
I'm probably going to go to bed soon, then I'm going to try to figure out a way to save most of my stuff. Re-installing everything might be a

ing pain.
Boot into safe mode, save what you can, do a clean install.
Best way of going about it.
Computer problems can really be a drain on your system. In learning how to overclock, i've busted many a' system, and it always pissed me off as well. Hope you can figure it out, if not:
