Tornado Outbreak Xbox/PS3 $4.99 @ Fry's B&M

I own this game and I beat it. I found it to be quite enjoyable but it can be very frustrating. You have a certain time limit to cause as much destruction as needed. I couldn't tell you how many times I failed a level because I couldnt find the end satellite or i was just a few seconds short! For $5 I'd say it's well worth it!

Edit: Yes you can "kill" people by swooping them up in the tornado :)
 
The game works a bit like Katamari. You start off as a small dust devil, and you can only pull up weeds and rocks but when you do enough of that, you grow in size and then can start terrorizing livestock and pulling up sunflowers and so on until you're big enough to rip entire skyscrapers out of the ground.

It's simple and it's short, though achievement whores will get more out of it. For the cost of a XBLA game - which is what this game should have been in the first place, considering the content - you can't go wrong with this one.
 
Its a lot like Katamari, but its not as weird.

You can get 95% of the trophies/achievements easily, but the platinum/1000 is going to be rough. Platinum took me about 20hours total.

Good game, well worth the play through.
