I searched and didn't see anything about this drop posted. Seems to be $40 everywhere else still. Target seems to be ahead of the game usually when it comes to drops so I am sure this is the start of a universal drop. Didn't take too long....little over a month.

I didn't check the Xbox version, but I am sure it's the same price.

Ooh, I hope the Xbox version is that price as well. I really liked the little bit of this game that I have played.
 
Ha ha, I knew it! The first thing I thought when I saw the game was "Man, this'll be $20 in a few weeks". It's pretty fun overall, just don't expect much story, and the music that plays when you get "SPICY MOVE" over and over is pretty annoying.

That's the same thing I said when I saw the advertisement of it in EGM or wherever it was. I'll probably pick it up with a GGC or $5 McD coupon once it drops at BB.
 
I think this will end up as one of the more underrated, overlooked games of the year. Not that it's a masterpiece, but it seems like a legitimately good game that no one's really playing.

I'll check my Target tonight.

It shouldn't be YMMV. It had a new price tag on the shelf and everything. I really should have picked it up, but I have so much to play, I figured I could wait a few more weeks and save myself an extra $5.
 
good find. Not worth it to me, but I am sure many people will like this deal. That was pretty quick price drop. Just got the demo in the last OPM.

I struck out when I tried to pick it up too. Hopefully, it will drop in price soon at other stores because I'm not going to go hunting it down at different Targets.

I can try and pick it up for you next time I am there, but that might not be until next week. Just let me know if you get it so I know not to pick it up.
 
Hah, I knew this would drop pretty fast. I am holding out for the Xbox version. I really want this game but for $20 or less.
 
Found it at a local Target (Tyrone Blvd in Saint Petersburg, FL)

Looks like they had one copy left, which I told a local CAG about, he'll probably snatch it up. Was still locked up behind the case, so make sure to check there AND the "cheap games" section.
 
I found where it should be at my local Target, but they were sold out. Marked $19.99 too, with no sale signs or limited time price drop signs by it. Hopefully they will get more soon, cause I would love to have one at that price! ^_^

You are incorrect my friend this isn't a price drop at all. For some reason Target has this game regularly marked at $19.99 with no extra signage stating a price drop. So this is exclusive to Target.

I was able to pick one of these up at the Target in Southfield, MI and they had like five copies at the Target in Dearborn at Fairlane Meadows.

Also, for those who are looking for the Xbox version I am sad to say but Target didn't carry the Xbox version of this one based on what I was told by a Electronics Section employee.

This could be a sign of a universal drop though. Target is often the first to drop games and I believe I saw this at Target when it came out at the $39.99 MSRP. In my experience, Target does not always put something indicating it is a recent drop. They didn't with Burnout 3, at least at my store.

Right now this is exclusive to Target, but I wouldn't doubt if this will soon be universal.
 
Good find. I'll pick it up if the Xbox version is the same price. I love Rodriguez films and any game with guitar-case guns is worth $20 to me.
 
target seems to be dropping the games to $20 quicker than other retailers. they did it with burnout 3, star ocean, timesplitters, and now total overdose.

We shall see within the coming weeks but I will be done with it by then and trade it in for about the same price I paid for it.
 
A friend of mine on CAG (GunstarRed) told me that this is now $12.99 at Target... he saw it at a Target with the $12.99 price tag.
