Keep in mind you are not really doubling the MFR warranty, they simply add another year of their own warranty on to the exitsing MFR one. From what I've been told it can be quite the hassle attampting to take advantage of this "extended" warranty.

Interesting, I haven't had to use the "extended" yet (knock on wood.. )
