I don't think this is the BF ad for TRU, as it's got a bunch of the deals that are in the Big Book, plus the title of the page mentions Big Toy Book sale.

Judging by the prices for other things, that Far Cry price seems likely to be a typo.

None of those prices seem like deals at all and in fact Boom Blox is listed as $49.99 which is higher then the current retail price! I think this is some old price list.
