Toys R Us has Sonic Generations for 3DS for $22.49 while the PS3/360 Versions are $28.12. Mario and Sonic London 2012 Olympics Wii is also on sale at $28.12. Unfortunately it seems store pickup through tru.com is off through the end of the week, but shipping is free on these games, which saves the deal.

There's been a strange bug with browser cache or something like that where it keeps reading a different price as someone has mentioned in another TRU thread. It seems Generations 3DS is out of stock and dead now.
