I confirmed those are the sale prices on used copies.. new ones scan in at regular price, used ones scan in at the sale prices. YMMV convincing a CSR to give you a new copy at that price since the ad is somewhat ambiguous.

This one runs July 28-Sept 1. Prototype ran for pretty much all of July, so I'd guess they're having one each month. I'd expect someone to have some info on next month pretty soon.
 
i'm just wondering if they really accept all the games in their list for the trade 2 get 1 promo? I have a few games that qualify for that, and they are kinda old. I'm surprised they still accept it :)

They do. For example I have traded in multiple copies of Bolt across the three consoles no problems. As long as the staff know what they are doing (which unfortunately in most cases they probably dont any of the games on that list will auto combo when a qualifying T3 or T2 title is scanned first.

My experience in Ancaster was awesome. The woman was extremely nice and took great care of me because my discs were in great condition.

That's good to hear. For shits I am going to take some pictures of the game section at my store. We are one of two stores to be testing out a new "dedicated" game section. It's pretty cool. Look for pics tomorrow if I remember.
 
I went by my local rogers store and the guy told me the T2 was for ODST next month.. I guess we should see some confirmation in a flyer/webpage soon though. No idea if the list of qualifying games has changed or not (although I can't imagine some of the older/cheap ones will still qualify)

p.s. Magiic again: Rogers doesn't have any problems with employees getting in on the promos... even multiple times?

When August ends 30% is over and buy one get one 50% off starts. This works out to 25% off if you buy two same priced titles.

One other thing I would like to note is that starting next month you will be able to place pre-orders using trade 2 and trade 3. I will post details so you can explain the process to staff if they dont know how when I find out the process. I keep on top of all game stuff so I can provide the best experience to my customers. I will let you guys know what the process is when I know so you can fill in other CSR's if they are struggling.

I believe BOGO1/2 don't apply to those advertised used games prices... it says cannot be combined with other offer/discounts. Last month I was denied the 30% the already reduced Riddick price.

This is correct. If by some chance anyone is struggling to find these games at their stores and wants me to mail them to you at cost let me. My store has a stupid ammount of both titles and it would be nice to get rid of some.
 
So ODST is the next one, the eligible titles kind of suck, only really good one is bioshock. It says it comes with a $120 value pack. Is this just a coupon book?
 
Magiic, let us know if that coupon book (the one with Halo) is really good. If there are some amazing coupons in it ($$ off DVDs and such) I might bite the bullet on Halo....

And OMG they have a BUY 1 GET 1 FOR $1 on PV DVDs $9.99 and under...

They also have 2/$20 on DVD's 11.99 and up and 2/$30 on blu-rays. These are both PV of course. When I get the coupon books I'll let you guys know. I'll probably see them the same day we get Halo.
