Trade Alan Wake full game download for 1600 MS Points

Here's the deal, my Xbox 360 died and it was out of warrenty. I had to go buy a new one. So I got the slim with Forza and Alan Wake Full Game (downloadable with code). The thing is I already have Alan Wake. I can't trade it in because it's a download from the Live marketplace. So if anyone is interested in trading a 1600 ms point code for the Alan Wake code, PM me. Thanks!
 
Or someone could buy the points off of Amazon, have the code sent to them digitally, and then we could trade codes?
