They locked up my Playstation post! The swine! Still, all's well that ends well.

Funny, it was seeing someone else sell their 'altered' system that gave me the idea. And yet...

That's a good idea. It's not that big, and it's not that great of material. One of those 'reserve the game and get a prize' kind of things.

Would depend upon your zip code. I could ship to anywhere in the US for $3.85 if you wanted it quickly, in most cases for one to three guides. Alternatively I could send via Media Mail, but the price varies depending on your location.
