It's any next-gen console now, no longer limited to just the xbox 360.
Get $100 off a PS3, Wii, X360 when you trade any of the following. You can trade in a xbox and a psp to get $100 off a wii.
1.xbox
2.GBASP and 5 games
3.PSP (not 100% sure)
4.GC and 5 games
5.DS Lite (not 100% sure)

Weren't Xbox's like $100 new last year or so? Wish I would have bought one then. I could have been playing Xbox games then switch up.

I've never done any trading in at all at EBgames, so I'm not quite sure how strict they are. Do they rigorously check everything? Do they plug it in and fiddle with it? I've got a modded console... will they accept it? Some of the stickers at the bottom are a bit ripped...

Get a laptop =p I just got my VGA cable last week from monoprice.com. One Piece on my 32" HDTV = bliss. I caught up 30 episodes this past weekend X_X

That's Skypia I think? I didn't like that arc too much. But starting from 221 it gets so awesome again. Like... Arabasta awesome.

Does anybody know if the $100 is taken off before or after taxes? Because it's $14 more if it's after taxes. Also, when does this deal end?
 
I'm thinking about doing this to get a Wii. However, what do I have to trade in to get the $100 off? Is it just the system with one controller? Because if it is, do you think I'd get more if I added my second controller?
 
Hrmm, this deal is making me think. I'm thinking whether I should act on this deal, or whether I should sell my system and 10 games (3 of which are $8 trade-in value or higher and another 3 are the burger king games) and use that money to buy the system at Zellers (where I get a 15% discount). Such a conundrum!!

Definately sell outside of EB... I'm certain you'll be able to get more, plus that 15% discount is pretty attractive :D
 
Might be easier to do it at EB. eBay has lots with Xbox + 23 games selling for $150 Canadian. You could trade the Xbox in for $100 and the 3 games with TIV over $8 for the equivalent of $60. That's $160 + 7 other games. You won't get the 15% discount Zellers gives you, but that's basically the tax which EB gives you on your trade-in credit.

You would save 15% on the remaining $180 for the Wii, but you would have 7 games to sell as well... Ok, 4 games considering 3 are Burger King =p
 
I wouldn't be selling it on eBay. My friend wants to buy it off of me, but I haven't given him a price offer yet.
