Transfering Saved Games

I was wondering if any of you knew how to transfer saved games back and forth to 360s? I recently got my 360 replaced by the repair center from MS and they replaced the entire system. However due to this they forgot to give me back my original harddrive or didnt want to include it. Lost all my DOA4 progress and PGR3 and was wondering if anyone knew a way of getting the saved games from another person onto my 360 so I dont have to unlock all of the costumes again like I already have. =\
 
Are Gamer Points and Achievements tied to the profile saved on your HDD or are they transferred over to an MS server at each log on?
 
points and achievements are on the profile locally. they show up if you aren't connected. save files are tied to a profile so you can't just transfer over(yet), and you would need a memory card.
 
hmm so no way to essentially share the saves over the net or anything? Reason im asking is cause thats prolly the only way ill be able to get the saves again. I know I wont play PGR3 or DOA4 all the way from the beginning again.

I guess you're going to play them again, if you want them all back.
