Isn't it basically the same game with the same operations - just with co-op play ? I was under the impression there was nothing new and exciting here.
Well I was a big fan of the first one so I had to get this one.
They kicked the presentation up a notch this time around. All dialog is fully voice acted, much higher resolution characters and backgrounds, widescreeen, 480p, etc.
The gameplay is pretty similar to the last game. You have all the same items (so far at least) and the healing touch works the same. The actual operations are much more interesting this time around. In second opinion you repeatedly fought the imaginary super virus Guilt. In New Blood there is a lot more plausible/realistic operations in between those missions (I'm still near the beginning so this could change). IE: treating a burn victim, installing a pacemaker, removing tumors, etc. One quick warning, the game is extremely difficult. I started out on normal but I think by the end I will have to switch to easy. (I already had to do so for one mission)
I haven't tried the CoOp out yet but I have heard it is great. If you like the other Trauma Center games, you will like this one.
