Woohoo.. finally got my paperwork for the VIP Console pack I won.. after 2 months. Let's hope I get the prize before the next Xbox is released.

Because Wicked ran out of codes, I have 60 I can give out, and I may get some more. I'll do it in batches of 20. First 3 to PM me gets them.

I just took them into a BB here and only got $8 for FF2...
 
yes they lost value now i got 30.90 from gamecrazy early november for both now 19.25 with mvp card at gamecrazy if i dont get the rest of my gamepacks soon they are going to be worthless

In other news, how many times do you big winners do this game? I've tried like 70 times in the past 3 days? Got 1 faceplate and 100 points. It is nothing in comparison to the games and systems you lucky ones are getting!

Oh beat this, I went to gamestop to trade in for rockband.
2 fusion frenzies and one forza
Fusion frenzies, $5
Forza $9.50
And dont forget a 20% bonus because it was for rockband...
Brand new still sealed and guy still razor sliced em open and said they were used...
Oh well, easy come, easy go.

Any one still winning? ive tried 20 or so a day last week, nothing.

i called 1 blockbuster they dont do trading for games. doubt any other ones near me do since there is no gamerush and barely games on sale.

Gamestop won't take in sealed games. I'm shocked that guy had the balls to do that. AFAIK, if the game is sealed, they have to reject it.

A few months back when I was at GS, some guy came in with a bunch of sealed games. Girl said she couldn't take them. The guy offered to open them up right there and she still said no. She saw they were sealed games and he'll have to come back some other time.

ahh yea i'll try that at one store in the mall and if not then go to ebgames/gamestop in the mall.

does FYE accept sealed games if you know by any chance?

I never traded anything to FYE myself, but during the big sale they had before I noticed a few "Used" PS2 games that still had the security sticker on the top spine. YMMV though.

Never tried trading in a sealed game at FYE, but out of all the places I've traded (GS and BB being the others) they've looked the most critically at disc quality.
 
The reason you see "used" PS2 games at FYE is because when they "bought out" Media Play, they had to dump excess inventory that didn't sell. Rather than liquidating it, they re-introduced it into the inventory as "used", thereby getting 100% of the profits. If you see a security sticker, it's because it's new inventory being pawned off as used. When FYE first opened, everyone went ape over it trying to get stuff once they figured it out. I landed a lot of "used" games for decent prices that way..

Right now, Im at school, and the link are in my favorite on my home comp, so if you dont mind waiting 2 hours, we could trade.
