Trouble installing Norton Internet Security

I bought Norton Internet Security 2005 and I keep getting an error during installation. I always get this:
I installed it on another computer and it worked fine. This confuses me becasue it is showing it is having trouble with the disk. WTF is wrong with it?

Maybe it is mad scratched up......

na it isn't really scratched up at all talked to the guy I bought it from on ebay and he is sending me a new one.
