In my Sunday paper this week in the TRU flyer there was a coupon vailid from 3/6 to 3/12 good for Buy one item get one at 50% off. The coupon is not good on any video game hardware but does work towards video games and video game pre-orders. I stopped to pre-order some PSP games but my TRU is not taking any PSP pre-orders for games or systems.

I never get toyrus ads. :cry: Plus my toyrus was kinda picky about printouts from the internet during that buy 2 games under $20.

I have noticed that the in-store ones will be the same as the Sunday paper one but minus any coupons.

anyone else have this in their ad? I have the toysrus ad and there's nothing in it. I got it from the Sunday Newspaper.

I only get TRU ads in December and the beginnig of January.
 
I am gonna have to get a real copy of this ad because my TRU has a "we no longer accept copies or internet print-outs of coupons" sign at all the registers, hehe. Probably because of me. 0=)

Oh man, I got ripped. I almost never get a TRU ad in the paper, but today there was one. Sponge Bob is indeed on the cover but no coupon. :cry:

Ditto to that. I didn't get one either in my Sunday paper. I haven't seen any while ringing up customers either.

Saw a $5 off coupon when you spend $25 or more...but those are kinda typical. I forgot to note the coupon skn.

The ads in the newspaper often are different than the one's in store.

Example....when the Big Toy Book was released this year, we had copies in store. But the copies that were shipped in newspapers had the coupon for when you spend over $75 you got a free gift card but only with the coupon would you get the gift card at certain times.
 
I wish somebody had a good actual pic of the coupon. I'll have info by Thursday as to if this is real, but I think it might not be. Currently, the mailed coupons that aren't found in stores are $5 off $25(expires 5/05), $5 off $25(expires 4/05), $10 off a $50 Nintendo purchase, Geoffrey's Box office coupons, and a baby best guest mailer. Usually they update the stores and send pictures of the coupons that might be brought in, but nothing has been seen on this one. Anyway, if someone could at least post the SKN number it would be easy to confirm it right now.

No it came in the my Sunday paper, I used one today and picked Brothers in Arms and SW:RC for $75.00. I also picked up the ad from my dad's paper to use later this week maybe. When I was at the store the ads they had did not have the coupon at all.
