according to the ad, that is the original price. besides it wouldn't work if that was the after price as the sale only applies to titles below $9.99

Nothing really here, stores know that they'll get the sales because of the gift rush and all so with such a high demand they(any co. during the "holiday season") have no reason to give any deals out, other than incentive to come to the store, only to find what you're looking for is sold out.

No dude, it says items priced -up to 9.99-. So the 9.99 bin titles count, too!

this jack*** of a manager rejected my babies r us coupon last week! couldve saved about $10 on something i bought for my cousin.

i read somewhere that employees of tru got a note with their last paystub about taking invalid online coupons or something.

i shouldve used it a couple of weeks ago when i told myself to. i dont know how hard itll be for you to get it to work now.
 
I am considering Naruto since I do enjoy the anime and most importantly.......................I can get the Japanese voices for it.

it is absolutely not worth $40, i can't stress this enough, look at my psot above and check out the cag thread on it. I love the anime and Rise of a Ninja was the reason I got my 360, it is not worth $40.
 
Just a heads up for additional savings:

I went in to pick up Shrek II ($15) and saw the sign (and remembered) about the deal for B1G1-50%off. So I asked the clerk if I got Shrek plus the Bee Movie would I end up with both discounts? He said no. Low and behold, the receipt prints out at roughtly $35 -- Shrek was discounted to $7.50 and the Bee Movie at $25. Pretty decent deal on Shrek . . .

I was disappointed to see an empty Final Fantasy XII rack at my Midlothian Turnpike (Richmond) Toys R Us this morning. What's odd is that I stopped in at 9 AM, thinking I would grab a few for $7.50, meaning someone went in sometime between opening and 9:00 just to grab all the FFXIIs (there were 10+ as of yesterday). It's not like the game is a hot ebay item or anything. Oh well...
 
Yeah, I love working at Toys R Us, getting stuff with my employee discount and then finding out the games I baught went on sale a week later. I wanted to do the buy one half off with Final Fantasy 12 and Metal Gear Solid 3, but I already got them.

My store have MGS3 for only SIX BUCKS. A real deal at that price.

I already have Naruto coming for Christmas, so much for getting 20 bucks off of that. My TRU had plunty of copies of it, no so much with Madden. Even though it's not on sale, we still have four copies of Zack and Wiki if your hunting for it.
 
Moon Jump couldn't you do a buy and return with old receipt if you want ?

Sorry about the paypal thing. Didn't read the fine print. It seems werid that VG are excluded from a coupon.
