TRU-The LOWEST Price EVER! GH$35/Red Steel$9/Zapper$9/25% off all accessories!

thanks OP. the closest TRU in Ottawa was sold out by the time i got there for MS points card, but i took the flyer to walmart and they price matched.

The Toys R Us on Merivale (Ottawa region) was sold out of MS Points and Zappers by the time I got there (2PM). I did grab two Wii Points cards and a wired 360 controller. Total was $76.17 after tax.

I really wanted that zapper, if only for the Link's Crossbow software. Should I try price matching at Wal-Mart? From my experience, they usually give me grief.

Enjoy Megaman 9, EM! :D

To griptor I would sell you links crossbow training in a blank box(a white one so you can make your own sleeve printout) if you want for like 7 bucks(paypal) or something.(shipping included bubble envelope etc)
LMK.

I have 2 cause I bought 2 zappers.

Meh, I went out looking around a couple TRU's today. As usual for TRU sales, it was a complete waste of time and gas. Anything on a halfway decent sale that I might have wanted was sold out, I came back with nothing. Add to that lineups (apparently for nothing) and piles of screaming children... Better off going in on a normal day.

Picked up the last 4 Wii points cards at Broadway TRU, total $67.06 :) I should be set for the next year or so.

MS points cards were completely sold out at most of the locations save the Coquitlam one. They only had 5 left as of yesterday morning.

Considering how packed my TRU was in the gaming section at 5 minutes after opening, I'd say you were about 30 hours too late. ;)

When I bought my Zapper, there were only 2 left.

I obviously didn't go in at 3am  But yeah I did go in far too late, a bit before noon. I was actually in one TRU the day before, talking with a bored clerk. He said they had like 100 Link Crossbow's in back, but they sold out of most all the other Wii sale games that day. So, the day before the sale they were selling out... Honestly I'm not going to try and cheat my way through a sale with price protection like that...

Picked up Guitar Hero: On Tour and 4 MS points cards.

Still had a few MS points cards, some Wii points cards and most other accessories. Sold out of Red Steel and Rayman Raving Rabbids.

anyone know if rock band 2 accessories are in stock at tru (just generally, anyone seen the new drums yet?), and are they part of the sale?

Bah, just called my local TRU and they're out of all points cards. She said they might get some more before Friday, and to try back tomorrow and the next day. So I'll call back tomorrow, and see if anythings changed, but I doubt they'll get anymore before the sale is gone. This is not so bad, because I have many other things to purchase this weekend

Was actually going to try to get out to the flea markets around here at some point, but I don't know how well that is going to shape up for me.

According to the link in the first post..
October 10th. At least for the 25% off portion of the flyer.

Does anyone know if they stock the 120GB hard drives for the Xbox 360? I wouldn't mind getting that at 25% off...I didn't see it on their website though...

The below quote should answer your question:
I just bought a 120GB drive thanks to the Toys R Us 25% off accessories sale but it was still tres pricey. If only the 360 wasn't so hell bent on ripping us off on accessory pricing :(
