A must have CLEANING cloth that conviniently attaches to your PSP!

My handy dandy heavy duty protective case.... I use this if i decide to put my PSP inside a backpack or any other big bag.

And the face armor if im just using it in my room or plan to put it in a carrying case.

Not so special carrying case that hooks my PSP to my jeans (for easy access). I usually use this when my friends go shopping and I get bored.. I play with my PSP while securing a comfortable seat inside a shoe store. And i don't recommend putting the UMDs in this case... < you've been warned >

And my favorite, the ultimate UMD 8 case! :applause: I love this case! Carries 8 UMDs or 7 UMDs plus 2 memory sticks!

What about you? What do you have?

nice..

when i do take it around.. its usually in that cheap sony case that comes with it..

and i usually only carry one umd in the drive and thats it

Yep! 1 UMD too... but the UMD 8 might be good for long travels or game sharing with friends (i have a friend who likes puzzle games.. and i don't, so i have to keep a slot in the case for a "Puzzle" game... for his sake - im a good friend).
Sold. Thanks, this beats putting the UMDs in their respective cases.
You got that right! Plus, it's very durable!

i got the mad catz stealth, very cool looking case (black version, saw a metallic blue version as well). I don't have to take out the PSP anymore! Only thing i don't like is the clear protective screen, can't get it go up and down easily... Oh, the cover doesn't stay at the 90% angle too, darn it!

The logic tech one (i believe it's pictured above), it's okay, but your PSP can still fallout if someone bump into you while you're playing... I like the clear case, the toughness of the case hinge (i.e. you can pretty much fold it in any angle and it will stay that way). However, imo, it's heavier than the mad catz stealth and the fact that it doesn't come with a screen protector is a turn off...

Damn, I reviewed so many stuff and have so many, where do I begin? I need to get rid of my PSP accessories that I have reviewed.

Here's how it looks like for people who wish to see:

My question is, isn't the face protector that comes with it a little bit annoying?

How does it work, do you play with it while it's down and on the screen or does it ruin the picture too much that you really have to put it up while playing. I think the one reason (and a darn good reason) that it comes with a screen protector is because you can get the screen scratched with the memory stick holder that the top cover has...

One good and attractive thing to this case is that the PSP is clipped on to the case (correct me if I'm wrong). Hmm... Yeah.. the PSP could fall off from the logitech case when someone bumps you... and it is heavier than most protective cases.

But the Logitech case allows you to create skins and cover images... since it's clear glass.. Kinda nice if you ever get tired of how your case looks... and have to change it every now and then...

My question is, isn't the face protector that comes with it a little bit annoying?

Actually, only the beginning, when you placing the PSP into the case. It's a little annoying when you trying to secure it to the case when the PSP is in place (the little notch needs to be clicked to the bottom portion of the case). It's not exactly a perfect fit (i could be anal here, it does fit nicely though).

As to how does it work? Well, it protects the PSP's screen from getting scratched or spitted on (loud kid gamers). It also serves as a "lock" to prevent the PSP from falling out of the case (will not protect you from dropping the PSP, but it certainly will if someone bump into you casually, i.e. not a football tackle). No, it doesn't ruin the display at all and you don't have to remove it to be more "clear" However, you do have the option of taking it off (slide it to the left and it comes off when the case is in open mode). As to the mem stick holders, it's a feature i want... Yes, if you plan to stick the duos in the dented stick holder area, you better have the protector in place. I'm pretty sure the mem sticks won't scratch the screen, but remember the mem sticks can fall off from the holders when the case is in close position (picture the loose dvd in the closed case). So, yes, it's always safer to have the protector on.

I've tried the logictech one, two things i like, the clear case, highly customizable... and, the way you can position the top of the case, which can be used to blockout lights for more comfy playing/viewing. BUT, you have to take the PSP out to charge AND change UMD, not cool...

Sorry, my bad, maybe i didn't pay enough attention or got mixed up from various case reviews.

Anyhow, the other thing about this case is that the cover tend to touch the buttons when it's closed, so playing music can be tricky...

However, the customizable art work for the case is freaking AWESOME! Man, almost wanna make me buy one just for that

Never experienced the buttons being pressed even moving around.

Personally, i never tried, just read few reviews from Amazon. I doubt i ever jog with my PSP as a MP3 player, but some people use the PSP for everything so, not not place to say...

Overall, it's an okay case. It's $10 on Amazon after 30% right now, tempted to get one :)

You can lock the buttons by pressing the power switch down.

I was gonna ask, with these upgraded batteries, will the PSP battery life meter report the charge correctly, or does it only do that with the Sony batteries?

It should report the charge correctly.

Where are the power solutions. Any PSP travel kit needs to enable battery recharging via at least two source while minimizing bulk. My solution is a USB data/power cable and a ZipLinq Automobile power port to USB adapter. Tis lets you leech power off any nearby PC and recharge in most cars, too. The downside is the rate of charge is much slower than the standard AC adapter. I find it a worthy trade-off for the minimal bulk of the cable and adapter. (A USB cable with two host-end plugs will charge faster but I haven't seen an automotive adapter yet that supports this.)

If cost isn't an issue, there is a solar powered charger that looks remarkably like a GameBoy SP and can be used with almost any portable device. Especially useful for venturing far afield.

Another item to have in your car for emergencies is a crank powered flashlight. The best units also provide a radio and ports to charge other devices.

What are the dimensions on that thing? Is it about the same size as the Logitech Playgear pocket? smaller? larger?
