It's a Rock Band event to support Childs Play. Not as cool as the CAG chip-in since it doesn't involve CheapyD, but they played Ass & Tetris last year before it started.
This thing is awesome even if you're not in a band. There are some great raffle prizes, drinking, auctions, everyone who attends gets swag, and TIM SCHAFER is hosting it.
