Ummm...HD Video?

GameTrailers offers HD downloads of most of their content for PC/360/PS3 games.
http://www.mariposahd.tv/ - it's a free torrent distributed HD show. The show itself sucks (it's like a bikini shoot combined with the OC) but there's hot chicks in it and it looks great.

I needed to get caught up on this season of Lost, so I did a search for HD downloads and came up with this site:

it's all free downloads from various mirrors, but you have to wait a certain amount of time between each download, (like 40 minutes) which isn't too big a deal thanks to all the mirrors (you can download from multiple mirrors at the same time) and each show is spit into parts, download them all, unzip them with winrar and it combines all the parts into a seamless show automatically.
Do a search for the shows you want and see if they have them I guess, a lot of the stuff is in 720p and does look good.
