Uncharted 3 + PS3 Stereo Headset

I'm in the market to buy these two items as I have had my eyes on them since both were released. I've actually avoided gaming sites since the release of Dark Souls in October(which I am also interested in, but it doesn't seem that expensive) to not be spoiled or see anything about the games. I'm ready now but I was wondering if I should hold off on them for a bit or something? There doesn't seem to be anything in the weekly deals for my using so I'm not sure as to what I should do at the moment. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have both the PS3 Stereo Wireless Headset and Uncharted 3. Both Brand New and factory sealed. Bought it when kmart ran that promotion $60 for the headset and $60 for uncharted 3 during its release. Never got around to use either of them since I do not have much time and my backlog is just building up. Let me know if your interested through PM.
