I thought it might be helpful to keep a monthly list of games whose prices have dropped at all (or most) stores.
You can post in this thread, and myself and the Cheap Ass Moderators can update this original post. Last month's list

November 2004
Astro Boy (PS2) $20
Galleon (Xbox) $20
Sudeki (Xbox) $20
Tribes: Vengence (PC) $30
Van Helsing (PS2, Xbox) $20

I dont know if its a universal drop but that Front Mission 4 has been 15 at Best Buy and Target and its been 20 at ebgames for a while.

Im pretty sure Psi-ops and Second Sight are 20 bucks every where. BB,TRU, and EB have them both for 20. I picked up Psi-ops and its great.

both dropped last month.

Looks like Top Spin for Xbox is finally $20 -- it's been $30 for too long -- probably b/c it's now part of the Holiday bundle ...
Ninja Gaiden and Red Dead now $29.99
..no they aren't. They're just on sale in some places.

Sudeki is now $19.99, at least on EBgames.com. I've been debating the past few days whether to use my $20 EB voucher for it or to hold out since I heard it was just okay.

I was at TRU yesterday and the tag for Psi Ops said $30. Did they just forget to change the tag? I bought the XBOX version of Psi Ops during the sale and I'd like to get my $10 back if it has indeed dropped to $20...

See, and that's what pisses me off. I bought it at 30 new, which to me was more than reasonable. If it was 40, no way. It's more of the same game, except now its spoken dialogue for 40% of the game and air strikes... sweet sweet air strikes.

But bam, 2 months later and it's in the bargain bin. All I can hope for now is that more people buy it at that price, and it'll end up a bestseller.

Not likely, but I can dream.

Not at GS or CC. Still holding at retail price, 45 and up...

Sudeki for 19.. man, that dropped like a rock. I'm glad I traded in my copy while it was still going for a bit. Looks like I can pick it back up.

Looks like Kill.Switch took a drop. I know it's been $4.99 for both PS2 and XBox @ eb.com, but B&M stores have been holding it at 29.. can't confirm a B&M drop, but EB and Gamestop have lowered it to 19.. I'll be doing my weekly EB check tomorrow after class..

The PS2 version went GH.

Target has Psi-Ops on the $20 shelf, so it's indeed $20...

I believe both Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life (GCN) and Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) have dropped from $30 to $20.

Gamestop had each for $20 with a free cow last week, and a few days ago EB dropped the price on both down to $20. Best Buy has both for $20 as well. It appears to be universal.

Red Dead Revolver scanned for 19.99 at Target when I was in there last night. I didn't see any signage saying this was a sale price.
