Unsure of rarity on DDS and Silent Hill

Hey there fellow Cheap Asses I just wanted to ask a couple of questions;

I have Digital Devil Saga Deluxe Box Set that contains both games etc in mint condition. I've seen just the first one go for $100 and want to know how much approximatly the Set is worth, as I intend to sell or trade it eventually.

Also I have Silent Hill for PSOne in mint with case and manual, how rare is that also?
Thanks in advance guys, I'm trying to get some funds for games for my trip to Europe (which is in less than a month so I sorta need to sell them now.)

I'd keep my eye on ebay. Prices can fluctuate dramatically. I just purchased DDS 1 & 2 mint w/ soundtrack, box, etc for $70 off ebay, but I also understand that I got lucky and most of them go for about $100 - $120.

You can also use half.com or amazon for a base idea of what you can get. Keep in mind as well that a lot of the costs on either of these sites are inflated to cover the 15% fee that sellers get slapped with.
 
Average ebay price right now on completed auctions has been 23-35, so you might want to either go by that, or just "take offers" and go with the best. Couldn't tell you on the other one.. I'm just a Silent Hill guy.
 
I just looked on eBay and the lowest was $100 for DDS with them averaging around $150. Do you think it someone would take me up on that it I priced it at $150?
$30 for Silent Hill sounds right doesn't it?

Depending on the condition of Silent Hill, I may be interested as well. I think I would split the difference, and start at $125.

The game is in perfect condition. Comes with a mint case and manual. Even has the product catalougue and Konami 1999 software collection which is a nostalgic read. Only thing is the manual has a sticker of the video rental place I got it from, not very big and in the left hand corner, not obscructing anything.
You got a trade list or something?
