By no means do I think raccon city is garbage, but its been reviewed badly and I atleast think and hope the sales weren't good for capcom. Add those reasons and more up, and the game should be super cheap either now or in two months. Same goes for ninja gaiden 3 (Another game I really want, but was turned off by, from the reviews its gotten).
 
I might try ORC if it was $20 since they just released a big patch for it, but it sold too well for the price to drop that low so soon.

ORC sold real well for such a poorly reviewed game. Capcom banked pretty well from this game.
 
MLB 11 The Show at $19.99 is interesting. @Gamer has a coupon for $20 off used copies. Hopefully, Best Buy drops the used price to the same price.

When the msrp drops for mlb 11 the used price will for sure be below 20$ so the coupon would be useless

Damn, well that sucks. I thought it didnt reach the lvl that capcom wanted it to make. Damn I have no doubt it will be $20 by the end of the year, but I would like to play it now before I start college and other AAA titles come out. Wish I had money when it was a bb dotd. :roll:

Oh, I feel ya. I'll be right in line with everyone else bitching about Capcom's DLC practices usually. I was just surprised by the quality--especially the animation--in the bulk of the game. I know I'm in the clear minority when it comes to the game though. I can't realistically recommend it to a lot of my buds, just ended up being a winner for me.

FWIW, the employee at Gamestop read an email while I was in there that stated Dark Souls will be dropping by $10 tomorrow.

How would it be useless? It would require a manager override to get it probably, but it would work. The coupon is simply $20 off of used MLB 11 The Show. If it is sub-20, then it is free.

This was working with the deadliest warrior but you saw how that turned out, it quickly turned into a ymmv case for the overides. I can However see them dropping the price of used copys of mlb 11 after the coupon expires though

A bestbuy or gamestop b2g1 on used games would do the trick. Just do return rebuys If your gamestop or bestbuy doesnt have all 3 in the same store :)

I wouldn't be surprised if it was true. He said it was in preparation for the Prepare to Die edition coming in August. I was thinking about picking it up today, but he told me to wait until tomorrow so I could save $10.

Dark Souls is indeed 29.99, should be universal soon. Also I know it was mentioned in another thread but PS3 Starhawk is now 39.99, and should also be universal soon.
 
everyone should submit the alice madness returns price to Amazon so they will match it. Newegg and other places have it matched, but Amazon still has it for higher. I just did it for the 360 version

Its pretty decent in length. You can beat it as a rental is you sit down and really hammer it out. Otherwise I feel that a purchase is worth it.

You also get the American McGee's Alice for additional game play. I think it's both platforms. I can confirm PS3 does.

Yeah, you will definitely want to buy it on ps3 (don't know about xbox) to get the original alice. A new copy comes with the download code. However, you start up the original alice within the start menu of madness returns. This forces you to have the disc copy in order to play the original alice. There are two sets of trophies so you don't need to play through the original to get the Madness Returns platinum trophy.

The Madness Returns platinum trophy is one of the easiest to earn this generation. I got the platinum without looking anything up. I refuse to do so out of principle so I don't have many platinums
 
shit.. waited too long looks like Amazon is out of the 360 version of Alice. Suposedly they say theyre gettihng more stock in but every time thats happened my order got canceled =(

Anyone know the chances of them getting more in? The 360 version was better than the ps3 for this game
