I spilled some water on the Logitech Elite Keyboard I've been using for almost 5 years. It was great so I bought a standard Logitech-200 to replace it, and it's terrible.
Can you guys suggest any relatively inexpensive but good keyboards? The elite was 29.99 and it was awesome, the 200 has tiny keys and cheap-looking stickers indicating their function...
I'm looking for something very comfortable and built to last, I don't care about media controls or anything of that nature. I don't really want to spend more than $40.
UPDATE:
I rounded up a few choices from your advice and my own research, but I still don't see an overwhelmingly good choice. Here are the current candidates:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846Saitek Eclipse II - You guys have suggested Saitek (a brand I am not familiar with), it seems to be a reasonably-priced and solid keyboard online. I am hesitant to blindly order it though, as return policies for this sort of device are discouraging. Also it's expensive!
http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-ThinkP...8?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1246929260&sr=1-8IBM Lenovo Standard - I've got one right now but the keys are kind of tight. It's really putting a strain on my hands but it could be due to dust, age and wear.
Microsoft Media 3000 - This one felt decent at the store, any thoughts?
ABS Mechanical - A bunch of recommendations make this one tempting, it's price is good too.
Any help would be great, please feel free to post your own preference!
