Went back and nabbed Eyetoy Kinetic today for kicks. Could be interesting, or a decent trade/sell. Didn't realize Lost Magic was on the list, I might head back to nab that too tommorow.
 
UGh, so I jumped in on a bunch of games when they were 16.96. I left my receipt at school (I'm home for break). Also, I just checked, and I bought them on Dec 7th, so if I would have known and had the receipt I could have gotten a pricematch, but tomorrow will be 31 days.
 
If anyone gets a copy of Eye Toy: Kinetic, I'd gladly buy the game new (already have an eye toy) from them for $7 shipped

Got one with the toy, but I doubt I'm selling it. If I do it gets a decent price off the bay unless someone wants a trade.

More than likely my friend, more than likely. I'm probably keeping it when all is said and done really, I don't own an eyetoy so I should keep one just to add to my collection. ;)

Really it will probably gather dust with a myriad of other shrink wrapped games on my shelf, but the hobby must go on?

Gotcha...just recently picked up the eye toy myself from a local Sears and to be honest it's great in short bursts so you might as well keep it (I've only got Play 2 but Kinetic seems really interesting)

Oh and it's oen of those games that can easily "wow" someone, just don't forget I told ya that
 
Anyone's CC have Maverick Hunter X? I can't find it, so I wouldn't mind a new sealed copy in the $16 shipped range, and I'd rather buy it from a CAG then off the bay.

shouldn't there be a price check scanner in every CC or you can ask an employee??? it's a pretty great idea just to grab the games you want and aren't sure of the price and then scan them to check for the price.

At the CC's I've been in the price scanners are part of the registers and an employee needs to sign in to use them; not like Target where anybody can just walk up and scan something. That said, if you can find an employee (sometimes a challenge at CC) they've been very willing to scan things, especially since they themselves don't know what's been marked down to $8.96.

BTW, there is a LIMIT of 3 titles per customer (not 3 of each title) but I took my 10 games to customer service desk and friendly young lady never blinked as she rang all 10 games up for me. Then I went to Best Buy and Price matched 5 more games which was super sweet because they came out to $6.86 each after the 110% price guarantee ! :lol: Only bummer with the Pricematch issue, is that Circuit CIty only has a FEW games shown in their ad and of course Best Buy won't take my word as to which titles are on sale (like the OP post) and needed to see it in writing. Also, Call of Duty 2 WAS not on sale for $8.96 at the store I went to.
 
Went to the CC in Culver City, CA. I only picked up Custom Robo Arenas and Gun 360. They had quite a few 360 games: Superman, Chromehounds, Bomberman and tons of sports. No Sypheed or FarCry, though. Would've got the Outfit had I known it was on the list. Plenty of other stuff, too, like FF VI Advance. Bummer is, all the good stuff I already own.

The Elite Beat Agents were in the DS section (at least 4 copies). Anyone else notice that CC sometimes puts two DS games in one security case? That makes little to no sense to me...

I may try the downtown Santa Monica CC tomorrow, as my travels are already taking me over there.

Try ringing up at one of the registers elsewhere in the store (say, car audio). I doubt very much if they'll give you any hassle there.
 
Went to CC and only ended up with NCAA March Madness 07 for the 360. I may go back to look for more PS2 and 360 games. They had Elite Beat Agents, Children of Mana, DQ Rocket Slime, Phoenix Wright 1 & FF Tales from what I remembered. Their selection was very sparse and non-existent.

I got Battlefield 2: Modern Combat (X360) for $8.96. The sticker said 16.96 though.

Also, for PC, I got Prey for 10 bux, and SC: Double Agent for 6.
 
Hmm, even though it's futile, I'll have to check the ILM CC when I get off work tommorow at 3pm. I'm off today and don't feel like driving 45mins into town just to check on games that I don't need to spend the money on anyways (though I do see a few 360 games I wouldn't mind getting finally).
 
Hey can anyone verify some PS2 games at all? They list Soul Cal 3, DBZ Budokai 3 and Alien Hominid. Can't recall if anyone mentioned those at all yet.

I bought it a couple months back from a CAG for $10 shipped, and... it isn't worth $10. The art and presentation are great, but the gameplay is complete garbage. Honestly, it's nearly unplayable.
 
Note to self: next time, make sure I have a list of games that are on sale BEFORE going into the store.

Yesterday, I went to Circuit City in hopes that someone at the store would know the list of what games are on sale. However, it appears that most of the staff was clueless about the list and thought the only games on sale were the ones that appear in the ad.

However, today, I went to the same store with a partial list of games, and I hit it big getting the following:

Viva Pinata ($13) - This was just on sale for the week, but a great price I thought :)
 
circuit city in paramus nj (rt 17) was closed yesterday (always closed sundays) so it might be a good idea to go today for lunch... anyone here been there this morning? or saturday?
 
I suppose it's a stretch to see if anyone could pick up a game or two for me if they see it at their local CC (and I'd obviously send a check or pay through another method for it)?

I was hoping to find Jade Empire, Star Ocean 3, Condemned, Phoenix Wright, and Final Fantasy IV and V, but the two around me are out.
 
I picked up Chili con Carnage, PaRappa the Rapper, God Hand, and Phoenix Wright: Justice for All for $38 even at the Greenwood, IN Circuit City.

The associate was nice enough to price adjust the last one because technically you're only supposed to get three games at clearance price.
 
Can you post a add link so we can Price match this at other stores please. I can only seem to find the generic one and not the add for each game. I need a Superman Returns picture. =)
 
I just went to my CC and picked up a few games. What was funny was that none of the games except FFV were on the clearance rack. I guess CC's lack of organizational skills helps sometimes. :lol:
